C5 Ceylon Cinnamon
C5 is the standard Ceylon cinnamon quill grade for volume buyers: a genuine Cinnamomum verum profile at a lower cost than the finer grades. It is widely used for grinding, blends and food manufacturing.

Published references give maxima only, so we do not infer a lower limit, and other references and exporters quote slightly different cut-offs.
Published grading references are indicative. The specification guaranteed for your shipment is the one confirmed in your quotation and approved sample. Appearance grade alone does not establish chemical or food-safety properties; agree any tests you need before order acceptance.
