Specification sheets and documentation status
Everything here is available without a form. Each specification sheet is dated and generated from the same product record as the website, so the values match the pages, quotations and markup.

Maximum quill diameters on the sheets are from the Sri Lanka Export Development Board Ceylon Cinnamon GI guidebook for processors and traders (2022) and are indicative. Published grading references are indicative. The specification guaranteed for your shipment is the one confirmed in your quotation and approved sample.
Current status.
No certification logos, certificate numbers or laboratory results are published on this website at present. We publish a certificate only when it is a current, verifiable document, and we identify the holder, the facility or product covered, the scope and the validity dates.
Certificates belonging to processing partners are identified as belonging to that partner and do not transfer to CeySpice.
Please include your testing and certification requirements in your inquiry. Available documentation and any additional testing arrangements will be confirmed before order acceptance.

Redacted examples of export documents and batch records can be shared during supplier qualification, with permission where needed.
Policies and notices.
- Sample policy. Samples are available for qualified wholesale inquiries. Sample contents, any charges, courier arrangements and dispatch timing are confirmed when we respond to your request.
- Order quantities. Trial and bulk orders are quoted according to grade, packing, and destination. The minimum quantity will be specified in your quotation.
- Packing. Packing format, net weight, labeling, and any custom requirements are confirmed in the quotation.
- Lead time. Preparation and dispatch dates are confirmed with your quotation. Transit time depends on the destination and shipping method.
- Discrepancies. Report a specification discrepancy promptly with the lot reference and photographs; we check it against the retained sample and shipment records and agree a remedy in writing. See the wholesale page.
