Why Sri Lanka?

Sri Lanka is the only country that produces true Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) at commercial scale. The island's southwestern coastal belt has been the global epicenter of cinnamon production for centuries.

The craft of cinnamon peeling is a specialized skill passed down through generations of Sri Lankan families. This expertise, combined with ideal growing conditions, creates a product that simply cannot be replicated elsewhere.
